{2} Certificate (i) that in addition to and quite apart from the quantities or work actually executed as shown in column 4 of part I, some some work has been actually done in connection with several item and the value of such work {after deducting the proportion tionate amount of secured advance, if any ultimately recoverable on account of the quantities of materials used the therein } is in no case less than the advance payment as per column 3 of part I, made or proposed to be made for the convenience of the contractor, in anticipation of and result of detailed measurements, wich will be made as soon as possible.
{3} Certified (I) that plus quantities of material shown in column 8 of part II above have been actually have brought by the contractor to the site work and the contractor has not previously received any advance on their security (ii) that this materials of an imperishable nature and required by the contractor for use in the work in connection with the item for wich the rate for finished work have been agreed upon and (iii) that a formal agreement in form 50 designed and executed by the contractor, in accordance with paragraph 10, 2, 19, of the M.P.W.A. Code is recorded in the divisional office.
